My Husband migrated south from Canada about 15 years ago. He was offered a position to officiate Professional Hockey in the USA. He spent about a Decade doing what he loved most. In 2000 he made a trip to Arizona to officiate a game, when he got here and was able to play golf in January he decided this was the place to live. From that trip on my husband became an Arizona transplant.

Don't get me wrong we still enjoy our time in Canada, and we visit at least twice a year. We also enjoy helping people with all their Real Estate Purchases. I have put together a wealth of Knowledge to help you make the best Choices for you and your family.

Let's get down to Business....

Purchasing a Home in Arizona is a little different than other areas of the US and Canada.

Here is how the average sale will work:

Once you have found the property that you are interested in making an offer on, you and your Realtor would sit down, decide what your offer will be and write up the purchase agreement.

At that point your agent will submit the offer to the Sellers agent for consideration. Once the two parties come to a meeting of the minds, and all parties have signed the agreement, Your agent would then open Escrow and deposit your earnest monies.

Once you have a fully executed contract this begins your inspection period. You would meet with an inspector and inspect the property for any issues. Once you agreed to accept the property  then you would move forward in Escrow and about thirty to sixty days later you are the proud owner of a new home.
